This is a rare antique shotgun shell wood ammunition box from the Liberty Cartridge Company of Mount Carmel,Connecticut. They were only in operation from 1911 to 1917 when the factory burnt down.It is dovetailed with wear and measures 15 1/2" x 9 1/2" x 9".
