This is a rare antique military Genito Urinary Set from the medical department of the United States Navy.It comes in a nice wood case measuring 6" x 12.5" and was made by the Wappler Electric Company who were makers of many quack medical devices of the time.It was used for treatment of the urinary tract/genitals including sexually transmitted diseases. It includes several of the pieces to it but i can't say how complete it is and it is missing a small metal piece on the front lock.I am not sure of the era but this company was making equipment back as early as at least the 1890s and i would guess it dates back to World War 1 or before.
