I have two of these old Dressel kerosene switch lamps used on the Union Pacific Railroad that are in outstanding and reconditioned.Each one has its kerosene fount still with the glass chimney that you never find and they could easily be used even today.They each have a metal tag marked U.P.R.R. and stand 17" tall without the handle.
