This portable antique medical or dental cabinet with 14 drawers is marked George P. Pilling & Son of Philadelphia who were makers of medical supplies as far back as the 1850s.I believe this wood cabinet is made of mahogany and would probably of been used in a rural area where doctors made house calls to their patients.It has a leather carrying handle on top with a slide under front cover and measures 14" x 12" x 15" high.
