Antique 1908 Dated Fancy Framed Signed Print Picture

This antique landscape picture print dated 1908 is artist signed but i can not make out the name and it comes in a fancy frame. There are some damage spots on the frame and it measures 35 1/2" x 25 3/4" in size.
