Old Vintage Farrier Chaps With Maker Marked Leather Belt

This pair of vintage farrier chaps is maker marked on the belt but I can't quite make it out. It may be an Oklahoma or California maker. They have wear and tear from ranch use and measure about 28" in length with a 48" long belt. The farrier job is to taking care of a horses hoof by trimming and putting on horseshoes.
