Rare NPR Northern Pacific Railroad Locomotive 924 Tin Type Photograph

This rare antique N.P.R. 924 locomotive engine from the Northern Pacific Railroad is a tin type photograph in a 13 1/2" x 11 1/2" frame. The locomotive was built in 1899 and was out of service by 1923. We assume it is a tin type based on the metallic coloring you can see when tilted in the light but we did not want to take the back off which has been intact for ages. The frame has glass in it so there are reflections in some of the photos we took.
