Vintage Atari 800 Computer Console Power Supply Computing Cartridge

This vintage Atari 800 computer console comes with the power supply, joystick and computing knowledge cartridge. When we plugged it in it powers up with blue lines across the top which we are not sure what that means so it is being sold as is.
