This is a vintage Cornelius 7Up soda fountain dispenser chest from the 1960s.It also has taps for Royal Crown Cola,root beer and orange soda.It has some white overspray but appears to be in pretty good condition.It comes in two pieces measuring 48" x 23" x 23" with the base.The chest itself measures 23" x 16" high and could be shipped alone if the base doesn't interest you to save on delivery costs.
