35 Vintage Dempster Windmill Foundry Sand Cast Wood Molds Steampunk

This assortment of 35 vintage foundry industrial wood sand casting mold parts came out of the Dempster Windmill factory in Beatrice, Nebraska. They are of various shapes with many having mold number/letter markings and some with names identifying the specific part it was used to make. This particular lot of molds mostly measure between 3"-4" in size and some may be the same or two part molds that fit together.
The Dempster Mill Manufacturing Company was founded in the 1870's by Charles Dempster. They produced windmills, pitcher and tall well water pumps along with other agricultural related items.
