Antique Buffalo Forge Company Combination Punch Shear & Bar Cutter No. 22

This is an antique Buffalo Forge Company combination punch shear and bar cutter no. 22 in their catalog. We inserted a wood pole in one of the sockets and it moved with heavy pressure so it appears to be functional but would probably need lubricated. One of the floor mounting feet is gone along with a side bolt and it stands about 42" in height.
