Antique Cast Brass Farmer Plow & Horses Door Stop Topper

This antique cast brass farmer with horses pulling a plow possibly may be the topper part of a doorstop but we are unsure exactly what it was. A magent does not stick to it and it has two mounting brackets in the back. It is in excellent condition with no damage and measures about 11 1/2" x 6" in size.
