Large 17" x 17" Vintage Dempster Windmill Foundry Sand Cast Mold Steampunk

This large vintage foundry industrial sand casting mold came out of the Dempster Windmill factory in Beatrice, Nebraska. It is a shadow box style weighing about 25 pounds and it measures 17" x 17" x 4 1/2" in size.
The Dempster Mill Manufacturing Company was founded in the 1870's by Charles Dempster. They produced windmills, pitcher and tall well water pumps along with other agricultural related items.
