Old Willson Wig Gas Mask & Carrying Case Bureau Mines Approved

This old Willson Wig gas mask appears to be complete and comes with the carrying case. The paper insert is still inside the lid and states it is Bureau of Mines Approved. We do not know whether this was for military use or mining or maybe both. The rubber mask is still flexible and not stiff and it comes with a hose.canister with straps and paperwork. There is some damage to the storage case and it measures about 14" x 13" x 8".
