Rare Vintage Hamms Beer Mugs Flying Over Lake Advertising Light Up Sign

This large vintage Hamm's Beer advertising light up sign features beer mugs flying across a lake with a picture frame style edge. The sign lights up however i am unsure if this is a motion type sign or not as i was unable to find another one like it so it may possibly be a rare sign. On the underside edge that may of been for a pull chain and i can see something up in there but we chose not to take it apart. There is a sliver off the bottom right edge of the frame and it measures about 27 1/2" x 23 1/2" in size.
